Ethical Sales Leadership
Keep your edge.
Lose the burnout.
You built your career on grit. But somewhere along the way, drive turned into survival mode. I help sales leaders and high-performers reclaim their edge — without the wreckage.
Meet Philippa
I've been where you are.
Three burnouts taught me why.
I spent years in toxic sales environments, crushing quota, getting promoted, and burning out. Three times. Not because I wasn't tough enough. Because the system was broken, and I didn't know my nervous system was running the show.
When my children were diagnosed as neurodivergent, the pieces fell into place. I recognised the same patterns in myself, the relentless drive, the belief that doing equals value, the inability to stop.
Now I'm a trauma therapist, leadership coach, and neurodivergence specialist. I help sales leaders and their teams build cultures where performance is sustainable and people don't have to sacrifice themselves to succeed.

The Approach
What toxic sales culture says
vs. what actually works
The beliefs driving your team were never about performance. They were about survival. I help you identify the unconscious patterns sabotaging your leadership — and replace them with something sustainable.
"Hustle harder"
Living IN resilience = burnout. Respond with resilience when needed.
"Prove your worth through performance"
Your value comes from being, not doing.
"Nice guys finish last"
You can keep your edge AND your integrity.
"If you're not exhausted, you're not working hard enough"
Exhaustion is a nervous system issue, not a badge of honour.
The Four Thinking Patterns Sabotaging Your Leadership
High-stakes decision-making, isolation, constant scrutiny. These conditions activate four unconscious patterns that keep you stuck.
Personal
Over-personalising blame for every outcome
Pervasive
Believing one problem means total failure
Permanent
Assuming setbacks will last forever
Perception
Misreading neutral events as negative judgments
My Story
From the birth room to the boardroom
to the breaking point
The Programming
Raised by parents who lived to serve. The message was clear: your value equals what you do plus who you serve. That belief became my operating system.
The Reinforcement
Sales culture loved that about me. I crushed quota. Got promoted to leadership. The world rewarded the behaviour. But I kept burning out — three times.
The Awakening
When my children were diagnosed as neurodivergent, I saw myself in them. The relentless drive wasn't ambition — it was a nervous system stuck in survival mode. TRTP gave me the permanent reset I'd been searching for.
The Mission
Now I help sales leaders and their teams build cultures where you can be competitive without being toxic. Driven without burning out. Ethical and high-performing at the same time.

How We Work Together
My approach combines:
TRTP (The Richards Trauma Process) for rapid trauma resolution
Nervous system education that makes sense of your experience
Integration support so changes hold
No endless processing. No motivational fluff. No bypass.
This isn't generic coaching or open-ended therapy. It's structured, trauma-informed work designed to produce felt change, not just understanding.
You might be coping well, achieving a lot, and still feel worn thin. This Burnout Audit helps you see the hidden drivers behind that exhaustion. It’s not about how busy you are. It’s about what your nervous system has learned to carry.
