I spent years in toxic sales environments, crushing quota, getting promoted, and burning out. Three times. Not because I wasn't tough enough. Because the system was broken, and I didn't know my nervous system was running the show.

When my children were diagnosed as neurodivergent, the pieces fell into place. I recognised the same patterns in myself, the relentless drive, the belief that doing equals value, the inability to stop.

Now I'm a trauma therapist, leadership coach, and neurodivergence specialist. I help sales leaders and their teams build cultures where performance is sustainable and people don't have to sacrifice themselves to succeed.

Raised by parents who lived to serve. The message was clear: your value equals what you do plus who you serve. That belief became my operating system.

Sales culture loved that about me. I crushed quota. Got promoted to leadership. The world rewarded the behaviour. But I kept burning out — three times.
